The Transportation Council’s Draft Title VI Analysis has been released for public review. The report evaluates recent and future transportation planning projects and programs within the Transportation Council’s planning area. The goal is to ensure that both the benefits and possible negative impacts of transportation planning study recommendations and investments conducted and funded by the Transportation Council and its member agencies are fairly distributed as no person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
