The Policy Board of the Transportation Council will meet to approve four project changes to its Capital Program. ALBANY, NY November 28, 2025 – The Policy Board of the Capital Region Transportation Council (Transportation Council) will convene on December 4, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. to act on four amendments to projects on its capital program:
