Information Technology Managed Services and Operational Support
The Transportation Council is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified firms or individuals to provide Information Technology Managed Services and Operational Support services to the Transportation Council. The selected vendor is expected to provide on and off site IT and operational support to the Transportation Council, which has up to fourteen (14) full time staff. The selected vendor will deliver 24/7 monitoring, preventative maintenance, āhelp deskā (or similar) support, cybersecurity, strategic IT consulting, infrastructure management, and day to day operational support. West Avenue Complete Streets Study
The Transportation Council is issuing a request for expressions of interest (REI) from qualified firms or individuals to undertake the West Avenue Complete Streets Study in Saratoga Springs. A continuation of the technical memo, Reconnecting the West Side, this project examines the long-term transportation impacts of projected growth within the City of Saratoga Springsā West Side and potential mitigation strategies. Complete streets design, improved access to public transit, and infrastructure cost sharing are possible solutions to consider to most effectively integrate these approaches within the specific context of the West Avenue corridor.
