Information Technology Managed Services and Operational Support
The Transportation Council is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified firms or individuals to provide Information Technology Managed Services and Operational Support services to the Transportation Council. The selected vendor is expected to provide on and off site IT and operational support to the Transportation Council, which has up to fourteen (14) full time staff. The selected vendor will deliver 24/7 monitoring, preventative maintenance, “help desk” (or similar) support, cybersecurity, strategic IT consulting, infrastructure management, and day to day operational support. The revised RFP schedule is as follows (subject to change with sufficient notice):
• January 7, 2026 – Deadline for Final Release of RFP Addendum(s)
• February 13, 2026 – Submission Deadline
• February 16 to March 30, 2026 – Submission Evaluation, Notification and Negotiations
