Village of Scotia ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan

The Transportation Council is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to firms and individuals to prepare the Village of Scotia ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan for Pedestrian Infrastructure. This project aims to improve the accessibility of existing pedestrian infrastructure in the Village of Scotia and includes the completion of a Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan in a format that may be adopted by the Village. Recognizing that the United States Access Board adopted the Public Right of Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG) in 2023, the Village of Scotia Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan will follow the PROWAG.Β For more information click here.

  • May 18, 2026 – RFP Release Date and NYS Contract Reporter Announcement
  • June 1, 2026 – Deadline for questions about RFP
  • June 8, 2026 – Deadline for final release of RFP Addendum No.1
  • June 18, 2026 – Proposal deadline
  • June 22, 2026 – July 6, 2026 – Proposal Evaluations including follow up questions, if necessary
  • July/August 2026 – Consultant Selection, Contract Approval and Notice to Proceed

 

Information Technology Managed Services and Operational Support

The Transportation Council is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified firms or individuals to provide Information Technology Managed Services and Operational Support services to the Transportation Council. The selected vendor is expected to provide on and off site IT and operational support to the Transportation Council, which has up to fourteen (14) full time staff. The selected vendor will deliver 24/7 monitoring, preventative maintenance, β€œhelp desk” (or similar) support, cybersecurity, strategic IT consulting, infrastructure management, and day to day operational support.
