Transportation Council to Discuss Status of Regional Transportation Planning Studies

The Transportation Council’s Planning Committee will also act on two new safety projects. Public Comment Sought on Capital Region Safety Plan

The Transportation Council is gathering public input on proposed transportation safety strategies and actions for its Capital Region Vision Zero Safety Action Plan. The Plan is seeking to reduce fatal and serious injury crashes to an eventual goal of zero on all public roadways. The proposed wide-ranging strategies are targeted to address the issues identified

Draft Transportation Improvement Program Public Open House

Join us at the Capital Region Transportation Council office for a public open house on March 18, 2025 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. to learn about our Draft 2025-2030 Transportation Improvement Program. The TIP is the 5-year capital program of federally-funded transportation projects for the Capital Region and is updated every three years. The 2025
