Transportation Improvement Program Obligations
The following lists of obligations are separate lists with no intended overlaps. Transit-oriented obligations are provided by CDTA and the Non-Transit obligations are provided by NYSDOT. These obligations are compliant with federal law in that projects in the NYSDOT list with bike/ped components are labeled as such.
