Public Workshops Announced for Vision Zero Safety Action Plan Recommendations

The Capital Region Transportation Council (the Transportation Council) is hosting four public meetings (three in-person and one virtual) across the region in June 2025 to share and gather public feedback on the draft Capital Region Vision Zero Safety Action Plan recommendations

The second public meeting will be held in Albany, NY, on Tuesday June 17, 2025, from 4:30-7:00PM in the Large Auditorium on the first floor of the Washington Avenue Branch Library located at 161 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12210. A brief presentation will be given at 5:00PM and again at 6:00PM for anyone interested in learning more about the recommendations in the draft Vision Zero Safety Action Plan.

The Transportation Council welcomes all at these public meetings and understands that accessible meetings benefit people with and without disabilities.
