Russell Road Sidewalk Study
The Russell Road Sidewalk Study aims to enhance safety and mobility for pedestrians by addressing the lack of pedestrian infrastructure along the corridor. The study is exploring the possibility of adding pedestrian infrastructure along Russell Road, such as sidewalks and curb ramps. The study area includes Russell Road from Western Avenue to Front Avenue.
A public meeting was held on May 12th 2026 to gather community input on potential pedestrian facilities. Materials available at that meeting are provided here.
